This course is designed for phone representatives who want to excel at every stage of a phone conversation, from the initial greeting to successfully booking appointments. In Module 1, you’ll learn how to use empathy to connect with callers and effective questioning techniques to fully understand their needs and concerns. Through real-world examples and practice prompts, you’ll discover how to reflect callers’ emotions, ask insightful situation and probing questions, and build strong rapport. Module 2 focuses on overcoming objections, highlighting tailored solutions and benefits, and creating urgency. You’ll practice strategies to confidently address concerns about cost, insurance, or location, reframe objections positively, and clearly explain the unique benefits of your services. Finally, you’ll master techniques for creating urgency and confidently guiding callers to the next steps, ensuring more successful appointments and satisfied clients.

This introductory module shows phone representatives how to open a call with genuine empathy, then use situation and probing questions to fully understand the caller’s needs. Learners practice reflective phrases that acknowledge feelings and master a core set of questions that uncover urgency, motivation, and obstacles.
